Local Radio Host Robert T. Nash Returns to 95.3 WPLZ

From 953WPLZ.com:

Robert T. Nash, the sometimes controversial and always entertaining talk radio personality, will return to the local airwaves via News Talk 95.3 WPLZ beginning Monday October 10.  “As a veteran explorer of some rather rarified On Air turf, I think it’s most fitting I’ll be coming back on Columbus Day,” Nash said. “After all, I was born and reared in Chattanooga, Tennessee and I’ll put my grasp and knowledge of the literal and figurative lay of the local land up against anyone working in local media.”

“I have an elephant’s memory, enjoy shining a little disinfecting light into dimly lit nooks and view no turf as ‘off limits’,” Nash added. “I am thrilled at the prospect of being back On Air again, and I want to thank the nice folks at Brewer Media Group for giving me this opportunity.”
Nash, who was born at the corner of McCallie Ave. and O’Neal St. in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee, grew up in Brainerd and East Brainerd and attended local public schools. The 49-year-old Brainerd resident began working on local political campaigns as a child volunteer. A great-aunt and great-uncle – both now deceased – had him carrying campaign signs and canvassing door-to-door as a child for various candidates seeking local office.
‘Real Radio With Robert T. Nash’ will air live on News Talk 95.3 WPLZ weekdays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The affable host invites all prospective listeners to tune in to hear what’s on his fevered mind.
