  1. I worked with Luther at WDEF News 12. Back in the 90s when they first started doing the “Life with Luther” segments, I was his first photographer/producer. It was always fun to go out with Luther because everybody loves Luther. And he loved the attention. When we first started doing these segments, Luther used to ride with me in the news truck. I was always so nervous because … what if I got into a wreck? Would I go down in history as the idiot who killed Luther? Gladly, he started driving himself to these shoots and I could relax.
